About the Bible Reference Game

Every question is a verse from the King James Bible with four references to choose from. Do you know whether it's Proverbs or Psalms? Romans or Hebrews? Which chapter of John? It's a fun way to learn where things are in the Bible, and to remember them.

Three levels

• Easy: the four references come from anywhere in the Bible
• Medium: four different books from the same testament
• Hard: four verses from the same book, so you need to know your chapters

Play your way

• Old Testament, New Testament, or both
• Games of 5, 10, 20 or 50 questions
• Relaxed play, or a timer of 5 to 30 seconds per question
• Missed it? Keep trying until you find the right reference

Scoring

• 10 points for a first-try answer, 5 for the second, 2 for the third
• In timed games, quick answers earn up to 5 bonus points
• Finish with a biblical rank, from Young Timothy to Scribe
• Share your score and challenge friends and family
